About you
We are looking for a friendly, reliable customer service assistant who enjoys helping people and solving problems. You will be educated to GCSE level in 5 subjects including English & Maths. Experience of providing support to a team delivery a comprehensive housing management service with a social landlord.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Housing Officer, In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries with professionalism, empathy and efficiency across phone, email and in person.
About the team
The role of the Housing Assistant falls within the Tenancy Services Team, alongside the team of Housing Officers. Although day to day be liaising with colleagues across the Housing Department including, Assets and Lettings.
