The Role - SEN Behaviour Mentor As a SEN Behaviour Mentor, you will work with pupils across KS1 and KS2, providing 1:1 and small-group support to help them regulate behaviour, engage with learning, and develop positive social skills. You will play a key role in managing challenging behaviour, using structured strategies and a calm, consistent approach to de-escalate situations.
