Whilst DJ Assembly is based in York, This is an offsite role based around the M4 (Reading, Swindon, Slough, Maidenhead etc)
The ideal candidate will possess a proven history in B2B sales and business development, along with a minimum of three years of experience in the electronics industry or a related field. They should demonstrate a passion for innovation and a strong interest in staying updated on industry trends and advancements, with the capability to effectively sell ideas, products, and services.

Responsibilities
1. Generating new business opportunities through researching and identifying potential
customers
2. Onboard new customers and ensure all relevant details are entered into the CRM system
3. Ensuring the CRM is kept fully updated with quotations, key sales activity, meetings and
actions
4. Build relationships with new customers, gauging their needs and developing proposals to
address these needs
5. Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients
6. Work collaboratively with sales, marketing and other departments
7. Foster and develop relationships with customers, clients etc to generate repeat business
and grow existing relationships
8. Discuss promotional strategies and activities with the marketing team
9. Possessing a strong understanding of the company's products and be able to communicate
these effectively to win new business
10. Obtain technical training to enhance product knowledge for customer support
11. Maintain performance through achieving targets set by the Commercial Director
12. Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and goals
13. With the support of the sales management team, negotiate intelligent pricing and
agreements with customers
14. Prioritising diary appointments (expectation 80% field based, 20% home/office based) to focus on the executions of the key targets
