Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working with a Tier 1 Legal 500 firm, based in North Lincolnshire, which is seeking a proactive and experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their thriving Residential Property team.
Role: Conveyancing Assistant – Residential Property Team
Location: North Lincolnshire
Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 per annum
Responsibilities
* Liaising with clients, banks, building societies, and estate agents.
* Preparing and dealing with completions including documents, accounts, letters, SDLT forms, and invoices.
* Drafting Contracts for Sale and managing sale files up to exchange.
* Completing registrations and post-completion duties.
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant.
* A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
* A high level of IT literacy and adaptability to case management systems.
