VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Helpdesk Administrator for a major M&E contractor company based in Craigavon.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday.
Position details:
* Type: Permanent
* Location: Craigavon
* Salary: £23,500 + Benefits, Growth Opportunities, and Overtime (1.5x)
* Hours: 36.75 hours per week, with any additional hours paid at 1.5x hourly rate
Responsibilities:
* Managing internal and external emails
* Raising and closing jobs within Facilities Management
* Raising Purchase Orders for the Supply Chain
* Answering calls from clients and engineers
Ideal Criteria:
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Experience in a client/customer-facing role
* Helpdesk experience
* Experience with CAFM systems (advantageous)
