What does the role involve?
Supporting residents with all aspects of daily living to ensure high standards of care.
Training and supervising junior and new staff members under senior staff guidance.
Responding to the Nurse Call system, answering the door and telephone, and passing messages promptly.
Reporting on residents’ well-being and liaising with GPs and Support Managers.
Conducting regular checks on residents as per senior staff instructions.
Providing personal and psychological care, including medication, toileting, bathing, etc., in a professional manner.
Completing records and documentation accurately and within agreed timeframes.
