What is the role?
The Marketing Co-ordinator co-ordinates the day-to-day Marketing requirements for the region, ensuring that all activities are executed with quality and following the best practice provided by Group.
Primary Responsibilities
Overseeing OpCo website pages - including organising site related content, managing plot offers, monitoring website performance stats and working with Group Digital Marketing team to optimise
Manage portal listings including reviewing listings performance, managing content, overseeing creation of assets for ad-hoc portal advertising
Co-ordinate brochure creation and content
Organising email sends from regional databases and evaluating performance
Supporting with Local Marketing activities and events
Work with Group Digital Marketing to set up effective site level digital and social media marketing
Maintain a proactive marketing plan under the guidance of the Sales Director, implementing marketing campaigns for all developments.
Coordinate activities throughout the lifecycle of all developments, working closely with the external affairs to build our reputation in the areas in which we build.
Review effectiveness and ROI using reports and online analytic tools and discuss actions with the Sales Director to improve existing and future marketing campaigns.
Monitor the annual marketing budget for the region under the guidance of the Sales Director.
What experience do I need?
Well organised and able to manage basic projects/timelines
Good written communication skills including good level of spelling and grammar
Able to work on own initiative
Able to work to with data/insight to understand performance and make recommendations
Understands basic Marketing principles and channels including digital and social marketing
Previous Marketing experience
