Main duties of the job
Who we are:
Situated within Cardiology, we operate two Cardiac Cath Labs with a 10-bed Daycase Unit and Treatment Room, providing highly specialist care including: Coronary Angiography, Percutaneous Coronary Intervention, Complex PCI, Basic and Complex Pacing (including sICD and Leadless), and Electrophysiology. We also deliver a 24-hour Emergency PPCI Service supported by the On-Call team.
You will be supported in all areas of the Cath Lab and trained to Scrub, Circulate, and manage patients through pre-assessment, admission, and safe discharge. Once competent, you will join the on-call rota supporting patients admitted directly from within the hospital, ED, 999, and Air Ambulance.

Training & Qualifications:
* Professional UK registration (e.g., NMC, HPC)
* Evidence of acute assessment skills and management of deteriorating patients
Experience & Knowledge:
* Completed clinical placements in various areas
* Awareness of local and national agendas within the specialty
Skills & Ability:
* Clinical skills relevant to the practice area
* Customer service experience, including dealing with complaints
