OVERVIEW:
- The appointed conveyancer will manage a caseload of residential property matters.
- Your caseload will consist of, sales, re:mortgages, freeholds, leaseholds and new plot purchases.
- In this role, you will provide excellent service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
- The firm are looking for experienced solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers with 6:10 years' experience.
- Previous experience handling residential conveyancing transactions.
- You will be able to run a caseload under minimal supervision.
