We’re seeking an experienced Housing Compliance Officer to join a forward-thinking housing assets team, ensuring the highest standards of landlord compliance across gas, asbestos, electrical, legionella, fire safety, lifts, and more.
In this role, you will:

Manage statutory servicing and repairs in line with regulations and policies.

Oversee contractor performance, legal access processes, and compliance audits.
*
Produce KPI dashboards and monthly reports for senior management.
*
Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and internal teams.
*
Keep compliance data accurate, up-to-date, and ready for inspections.
What we’re looking for:

Experience in housing compliance or building safety within social housing/local authority.
*
Knowledge of gas, electrical, asbestos, and fire safety regulations.
*
Strong organisational and communication skills.
*
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
*
IT confident, with experience in compliance tracking systems.
