Job Title: Logistics Administrator
Location: BB12 7NG, Padiham, Lancashire, United Kingdom
Salary: £26,121 - £27,495 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00am - 4:00pm)

We’re now looking for a detail-oriented and organised Logistics Administrator to join our high-performing Administration Team.
About The Role
As a Logistics Administrator, you’ll be part of a team responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely dispatch of over 3,000 orders per week. You will liaise with internal departments and external partners to coordinate collections, deliveries, and stock management, all while maintaining excellent administrative standards.
Your duties will include:
* Managing customer returns and processing related paperwork
* Conducting stock counts and maintaining accurate inventory records
* Handling customer-specific labelling and portal requirements
* Liaising with sales and warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction
* Investigating delivery and stock discrepancies
This Logistics Administrator role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with multitasking, and enjoys solving problems through clear communication and careful planning.
What We're Looking For
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
* Solid working knowledge of Excel and Word
* A flexible and proactive approach to work
* GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
