What You’ll be doing
As the Project Coordinator, you’ll provide essential support to the project management team, helping keep projects organised and on track. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and keen to learn and progress their career in project management.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Filing and organising images and project documentation
* Booking travel and accommodation for the team
* Keeping Trello boards and Jira tickets up to date
* Quality checking projects against deliverables
* Attending meetings, taking notes, and tracking actions
* Collecting feedback from marketing teams and Filestage, and recording next steps
* Assisting with shoot organisation and post-production workflows
* Liaising and working with teams within HEAD

Skills & Experience
* 2-3 years’ professional experience within a creative, brand, agency, or sports/lifestyle environment.
* Proven track record of delivering creative projects across digital, social print, campaign, or eCommerce channels.
* Knowledge of marketing, branding, or digital campaigns within sport, lifestyle, or fashion is highly advantageous.
