We currently have a vacancy for a Facilities Coordinator at Lancaster University. The post will be 52 weeks per year working 36.5 hours per week. The successful applicant will predominantly work in the North Porters Hub but may be required to work in other areas of campus as necessary. The post will be on an alternating shift pattern, covering 07:30 – 22:00, Monday -Friday.
You should be hard working, reliable, willing to learn and possess excellent customer service skills. You should have experience of working in a similar role along with experience of working in a multi-cultural environment. You should be educated to GCSE level in Maths and English and be committed to high standards, able to work on your own initiative and have a flexible approach and attitude to solving day to day problems. You should also have a willingness to undergo development training.
