Food and Beverage Supervisor – The Hawthorns of Braintree
Support the Hospitality Manager in delivering consistent customer care and service, ensuring the home operates to agreed catering standards while maintaining Health & Safety compliance.

Responsibilities
* Liaise regularly with the Hospitality Manager and Head Chef to ensure all hydration and nutritional needs are met.
* Support and deliver all catering services throughout the home, maintaining resident choice, dignity, confidentiality and safety.
* Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the dining areas that reflects residents' preferences.
* Provide imaginative and interesting themes for special events.
* Ensure staff are trained, supervised, and appraised accordingly.
Qualifications
* Awareness of COSHH and CQC regulations.
* Previous experience in team leadership in a similar role.
* Demonstrate compassion, commitment, and leadership in delivering culinary services to residents.
* Experience in a similar setting (restaurant or hotel) is desirable.
* Relevant qualifications relating to Food and Hygiene or Catering Services.
Additional Requirements
* A DBS Disclosure check (cost paid by company).
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
