At Bensons for Beds, our delivery drivers are the face of our brand—delivering not only furniture, but also exceptional service. As part of a two-person team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their new beds, mattresses, and furniture items safely, professionally, and with a smile.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Delivering customer orders on time and to the room of choice, keeping customers informed and updated.
* Providing top-tier customer service at every step of the delivery journey.
* Assembling furniture when required and ensuring all items are handled with care.
* Representing Bensons professionally in appearance, attitude, and communication.
* Maintaining your vehicle’s cleanliness and roadworthiness and reporting any defects.
* Following our Customer Delivery Charter to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
