The Role We’re looking for a Launch & Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment of new hubs, manage upgrade projects for live sites, and contribute to technical R&D efforts that scale and future-proof our network globally. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on coordinating operations, managing vendors, and bringing complex physical and digital systems to life. What You'll Do 1. Hub Launch Project Management Own the entire lifecycle of launching new hubs — from surveys to go-live Coordinate electrical and internet feasibility assessments Manage layout planning, contractor scheduling, and equipment deliveries Oversee on-site installs: wiring, cages, chargers, access control, internet Deploy routers and ensure telemetry connectivity Test and sign off with stakeholders, manage hand over to operations teams 2. Projects for Live Hubs & Infrastructure Innovation Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades : new bike racks, f ibre internet installation, electrical upgrades Lead technical R&D projects to improve hub efficiency and capacity Examples: high-density bike layouts, power capacity expansion, smarter access systems Investigate and test solutions like AI-enabled CCTV, environmental sensors, and energy monitoring Pilot and deploy advanced site technologies with internal or external collaborators Document findings, conduct field trials, and contribute to rollout plans 3. Documentation & Communication Maintain a clear, step-by-step launch tracker and prepare overall deployment plans Ensure smooth handoff of launched hubs to operations and maintenance teams Support internal process improvement and standardisation of rollout playbooks What We’re Looking For Must-Haves 4 years of project or operations management in a physical deployment context (mobility, telecom, logistics, construction, EV infrastructure, or similar) Experience managing external contractors and coordinating across disciplines (electrical, network, mechanical) Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle parallel deployments and interventions A bias for execution and autonomy — you're the type to proactively unblock yourself Bonus Points Experience leading or contributing to infrastructure-related R&D or pilot programs Comfort with CAD, layout planning tools, or data-driven site modelling How You Work You’re operationally obsessed and love building reliable, repeatable systems You’re both execution-focused and curious — equally happy managing today’s rollout and imagining tomorrow’s You have a strong sense of ownership and take pride in delivering quality infrastructure You love turning chaos into clarity and creating systems that scale You can switch between fieldwork, warehouse visits, and laptop execution easily You’re resourceful, calm under pressure, and always thinking 2–3 steps ahead What Success Looks Like Hubs go live on time and on budget — and stay reliable over time Contractors are tightly managed, and surprises are reduced Internal teams always know where a project stands The launch playbook becomes faster, smoother, and better with each iteration You identify smart ways to increase density, reduce power draw, or enhance safety Our infrastructure gets smarter, more resilient, and more efficient every quarter Why Join Us?
