FRM was established in February 2020 initially to take on the property maintenance for our sister company, Seekers Property Services
- an independent lettings agent with a portfolio in excess of 350 properties
- and we now have an established customer base which includes other lettings agents and private customers for which we carry out regular maintenance up to full refurbishments and beyond.
We are looking for a 18th edition qualified electrician to join our growing team.
We are looking for people who are experienced in their field and who genuinely take a pride in their work.

Our electrician must have a full UK driving license and be comfortable using computers/tablets which will be relied on to manage job reports.
Full training on our computer software will be provided.
More about you As an electrician, your responsibilities will include: Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards Provide professional assessments and advice for customers Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements Running tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation Inspecting electrical systems and equipment for damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards Fault finding and diagnosis Assist the team in general maintenance tasks as required Use our time tracking and diary management app to update job progress, including taking detailed notes and pictures as required.
Adhere to your booked jobs by reviewing your diary and driving as required to the next location Drive a company vehicle as required to attend your jobs across the northeast.

Engage clients in a professional and polite manner, and gather positive feedback reviews As an Electrician you will require the following Qualifications/Licenses: Driving Licence (required) 18th edition qualified Hours of work: 40 hours per week to be carried out between 8.30am
- 5pm Monday
- Friday.

We operate an out of hours on call rota, with each operative required to be on call two weeks per year.
