WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
* Work on the delivery and ongoing development of the Ambassador tiering programme, driving engagement, progression and performance across retail channels
* Manage campaigns, events and opportunities that bring the programme to life, from content creation to focus groups and incentives
* Work closely with the Retail Programmes Executive to deliver seamless logistics, campaign execution and data management
* Build and manage relationships with external agencies to support best‑in‑class campaign delivery
* Partner with key channel stakeholders to drive collaboration, innovation and programme success
* Act as the main point of contact for internal and external teams, gathering feedback and ensuring strong execution across the board
* Track engagement and performance, using data and insights to continuously improve results and influence strategy
* Deliver clear, insight‑led reporting, turning performance into actionable plans
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
* Experience managing retail, field or engagement programmes
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive ROI
* Confident communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
* Highly organised with solid project management experience (Asana is a plus)
* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
* Analytical thinking with a proactive, solution‑focused approach
* Self‑motivated, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
* Competitive salary of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
