My client a distinguished firm nestled in the heart of Staffordshire, a reputable legal practice are looking for an adept Family Solicitor to join their team on a locum basis, providing a chance to showcase expertise within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients in various family law matters.
- Manage cases with diligence, from inception to conclusion, ensuring all legal procedures are followed accurately.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and case law relevant to family law.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in family law.
- Proven track record of managing a full caseload with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
