Your Role:
As an In-Room Dining Waiter, you will play a vital part in delivering the same high standards of service and culinary excellence that define our world-renowned restaurants and barsdirectly to the privacy and comfort of our guests rooms and suites. From late-night dinners to early morning breakfasts or bespoke cocktail setups, youll create warm, memorable moments for our guests at any hour of the day.
You will act as the face of our 24-hour in-room dining service, ensuring that every dish, drink, and detail is delivered with care, efficiency, and a refined touch. Working closely with our chefs, youll offer tailored experiences, going beyond the traditional menu with bespoke offerings designed to surprise and delight.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms efficiently, accurately, and with discretion.
Offer expert knowledge and recommendations from the menu, assisting guests in placing orders.
Set up in-room dining tables and trolleys with attention to detail and presentation.
Replenish and maintain mini bars and in-room welcome amenities across all guest rooms.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the in-room dining area and back-of-house stations.
Handle guest requests and feedback professionally, aiming to exceed expectations with every interaction.
Uphold hotel policies on hygiene, food safety, and service delivery at all times.
Liaise with kitchen and F&B colleagues to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Your Profile:
A genuine passion for providing outstanding service with a calm, confident, and personalised approach.
Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or similar high-end environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with fluent English required and additional languages being an asset.
Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
Strong attention to detail, a discreet nature, and respect for guest privacy and confidentiality.
Knowledge of systems such as Opera, Micros, and HotSOS is highly desirable.
