Fabric Engineer / Handy Person (Temporary) Location: NW3 HampsteadDates: 27 April 2026 to 5 June 2026We are looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer / Handy Person to support building maintenance on a temporary basis in NW3.Duties will include:
* Carrying out building fabric planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
* Attending reactive maintenance tasks
* Basic carpentry, xsngvjr plumbing and patch repairs
* Minor deco
