Position: Management Accountant
Reports to: Company Owner
Salary: Up to £40,000
Work Model: Monday - Friday (Two days WFH negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:
* Monthly Accounts & Reporting:
* Prepare and post accruals, prepayments, and other adjustments.
* Prepare management accounts with commentary for client presentation.
* Discuss financial performance with clients, comparing against budgets and growth plans.
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
* Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and review pricing strategies.
* Supplier Management:
* Process supplier payments and ensure accurate reconciliation.
* Support bookkeeping in purchase ledger processing and review AP ledgers.
* Debtors & AR Management:
* Ensure efficient invoicing and collection processes.
* Supervise credit control and provide client feedback.
* Data Processing & Internal Control:
* Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping.
* Ensure accurate and efficient data processing.
* Manage client communications and deadlines.
* Review and prepare VAT returns.
* Supervise payroll processing.
* General Responsibilities:
* Follow company policies and build client relationships.
* Engage and motivate team members.
* Maintain confidentiality of records and information.
Qualifications:
* Part of Fully Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
* Experience working in a similar capacity
* Practice experience or working in a marketing agency is advantageous
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
