This role would be ideal for an established manager or someone looking to step up into the role Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute commercial strategies to meet business goals. • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. • Oversee and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and timely delivery. • Lead negotiations for contracts, extensions, and amendments. • Manage a small team and ensure administration is kept up to date • Work with pricing models that ensure competitiveness and profitability. • Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure project success. • Prepare commercial reports and forecasts for senior management. About You: • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager, ideally within offshore logistics or related industries. • Management experience with strong administration skills • Strong knowledge of commercial practices. • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communicator with strong leadership qualities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools. • Familiarity with offshore and maritime industry standards and regulations.
