Job Description
3. Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
4. Work collaboratively with managers to ensure HR policies are followed consistently.
5. Support the investigation and resolution of employee disputes in a fair and timely manner.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to improve team satisfaction.
7. Deliver training and guidance to managers on employee relations and HR practices.
8. Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
9. Work closely with the HR team to support broader department objectives.
10. Contribute to the review and update of HR policies and procedures as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful ER Advisor should have:
11. Experience in handling employee relations cases within the retail or a related industry.
12. Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations effectively.
14. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
16. Relevant HR qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
17. Logistics Distribution and supply chain, Retail or other industry experience
