Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a hotel reservations manager, for an award winning Hotel in the Truro area. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, with a passion for revenue maximisation whilst driving reservations success. You will have previous financial and office based management experience, within a hospitality environment.
We’re looking for a dynamic individual, with previous experience in a revenue management position, to join an award winning Hotel in a beautiful setting near Truro. As a Revenue Reservations Manager, you will be at the heart of commercial operations, shaping the revenue management strategies ensuring full consistency in meeting financial objectives, whilst maintaining its renowned standards of guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies, to maximise occupancy and daily rates.
* Manage and optimise all communication channels, including Hotel website, 3rd party booking platforms and direct telephone bookings.
* Lead, train and develop the reservations team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer service.
* Implement and train robust reservation systems and procedures.
* Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing and front office teams, to ensure a cohesive approach.
