£15.08 per hour
Our client is looking for a kind, compassionate person to join their small friendly team in caring for a lovely young lady with MPS III Type A, in her family home.
Tasks include, supporting her with all personal care needs, PEG feeding & keeping her engaged throughout the day to enhance her daily living & wellbeing. Also, on occasions taking her out socially or to a day centre, so a driving licence and your own vehicle is essential.
She is non-verbal, so the successful individual will need to take the time to get to know her and read her body language, be observant, patient and focussed on her wellbeing.
Applicants must be reliable, committed and have a friendly, caring nature.
All training is provided, but due to the nature of the position, previous Care experience or experience with learning disabilities would be preferred.
