They are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their Property & Asset Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage prestigious Central London assets and work closely with high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact for clients, building trusted relationships
* Manage lease compliance, occupier applications and technical or operational queries
* Oversee financial performance and service charge management in line with RICS standards
* Drive sustainability and ESG initiatives across the managed portfolio
* Conduct regular property inspections and ensure exceptional presentation standards
* Lead property transitions, acquisitions support, due diligence and reporting for stakeholders
* Champion occupier engagement, customer experience and compliance with health, safety and insurance requirements
Key Requirements
* MRICS qualification (preferred) with 3+ years' property management experience
* Strong background managing Central London assets
* Commercially astute with proven financial management skills
* Excellent client relationship management and communication abilities
* Confident in using property management systems and other IT platforms
* Capable of strategic thinking, problem-solving and mentoring junior team members
