A top-tier insurance litigation team is continuing to grow and is looking to recruit a Property Damage Solicitor (NQ+) to join its Manchester office.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to complex, high-value claims while developing specialist expertise in a supportive, well-structured team.

You will join a high-performing and expanding team handling a wide range of property damage and insurance disputes for major insurer clients.

Full range of technical and challenging commercial insurance work
You will assist on, and progressively take ownership of, matters including:
* High-value property damage claims (fire, flood, construction, environmental and chemical losses)
* Subrogated recovery actions
* Coverage disputes and general insurance litigation
* Broader commercial litigation work, including contractual disputes
You will work closely with colleagues across Manchester, Birmingham and London, gaining exposure to a diverse and high-profile caseload.
Broad range of candidates considered
Applications are welcomed from NQs, trainees due to qualify, and solicitors at Associate level and above. You will likely have:
* A seat or experience in litigation (insurance, property damage, recoveries or commercial litigation beneficial but not essential)
* Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
* A proactive and commercially minded approach
* A genuine interest in developing a career in insurance litigation / property damage work
