Overview
Sales Manager position available in the UK, reporting to the UK Country Manager. The role supports the overall sales team and includes light warehouse duties, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and driving new business.
Responsibilities
* Generating and developing new business with new and existing customers
* Customer/site visits as required
* Working closely with customers to develop projects from cradle to grave
* Generating reports and feeding back to the management team
* Supporting the sales team with back-office functions and assisting in customer account management
* Assisting with promotions and general marketing campaigns
* Creating offers/quotes
* Maintaining the company CRM (Salesforce), logging enquiries, offers, projects, visit reports and following up in a timely manner
* Order processing and progression when required
* Light warehouse duties
Requirements
* Technician or graduate engineer (Electrical or mechanical engineering) or comparable education
* Good basic knowledge of electrical engineering
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Basic knowledge of an ERP system desirable
