We’re looking for a detail-focused part-time Administrator to join our Technical Team.
You'll be the go to person for managing key technical data, ensuring equipment calibration compliance, coordinating customer complaint processes, and overseeing document control. Your work will directly support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across the business. We can offer flexibility with hours and are happy to discuss this at interview.
Salary: £14,500 per annum (FTE £29,000)
What You’ll Be Doing
* KPI Reporting: Create and deliver accurate, timely reports on site, group, and customer technical KPIs.
* Customer Complaints: Log, track, and analyse complaints, producing clear, insightful reports to support investigations and improve customer satisfaction.
* Technical Data Management: Maintain up-to-date, accessible databases to support decision-making across departments.
* Document Control: Ensure only live, approved documents are in use, with accurate version control and timely distribution.
* Internal Audit Coordination: Manage the internal audit schedule, keeping everything on track and fully compliant.
* Equipment Calibration: Organise and oversee the calibration of technical equipment, ensuring records are thorough and standards compliant.
