As a Change & Strategy – Business Analyst & Project Execution Associate within the Client Account Services team, you will partner extensively with key stakeholders in the respective businesses, operations, technology partners, and transition teams to execute the strategy. You will gain exposure to various management structures within Securities Services and Markets businesses and will need to interact and create strong partnerships across various teams and locations.
Job Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and document requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications.
* Facilitate solution design sessions with Product and technical teams, providing clear guidance and support to ensure successful implementation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic changes, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within business operations, and propose actionable solutions.
* Partner with key stakeholders across various business units, operations, technology, and transition teams to understand needs and develop project plans.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships across diverse teams and locations, gaining exposure to different management structures within Securities Services and Markets businesses.
* Leverage understanding of business processes to drive strategic initiatives and ensure organizational alignment.
* Support business cases for technological infrastructure changes.
* Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.

* Proven experience in business analysis and project management.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with effective communication across teams and seniority levels.
* Solution-oriented approach with a network to identify and implement solutions.
* Responsibility-taking and follow-through skills.
* Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
* Proactive, self-starter with foresight in risk/issues and escalation or mitigation skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to senior management.
* Knowledge of product, process, or systems within CIB, ideally with reference data or client onboarding experience.
* Flexible and adaptable to business changes.
