As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:
Key Responsibilities
* To deliver high quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery and to work closely with the clinical leads and local practice team to support the delivery of the surgery’s operational plan.
* To maintain high standards within the practice, ensuring participation in clinical governance activity and contributing to the improvement in health outcomes through audit, the Quality and Outcomes Framework and other quality standards, including CQC standards.
* To provide clinical care to patients as described in the job plan and in line with the total triage model. This includes consultation sessions (both in person and by video), telephone triage, correspondence, results, medication reviews and prescription signing, as well as other clinical administration, safeguarding lead, medicals, reports, home visits, surgery meetings and on‑call duties (excluding out of hours).
* To adhere to the highest personal and professional standards as set out by the GMC and to put individual patient care as your priority.
* Working with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support the development, delivery and review of the surgery action plan – including list growth, patient satisfaction levels, QOF, enhanced services, KPI targets, resource profile and cost management.

Qualifications
* An experienced doctor with GP accreditation – MRCGP examination or equivalent experience.
* Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient‑focused services.
* Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and use of appropriate coding.
* Ideally a working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb.
