We are looking for a Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join one of the longest established legal practices in North Yorkshire, serving the needs of Private Clients in the Harrogate area. The client is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Private Client solicitor (2 years PQE plus) or Legal Executive (2 years plus), who is looking for their next challenge. You will have a wide range of private client experience and the ability to handle complicated estates from start to finish. You will also be proficient in handling inheritance tax issues, trusts, and the drafting of trust documents, powers of attorney and similar documents. You will have excellent client care skills and ability to manage client expectations.
