Our client is currently recruiting for two Validation Surveyors on a 6 - 8 month temporary contract based in areas around Leeds & Sheffield.
The position is due to start immediately with a requirement of 5 days a week minimum commitment.
Candidates will be paid £22 per survey, with each candidate being expected to complete between 60 – 70 surveys per week.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Performing validation surveys on social housing units and confirming information that has already been collected from a previous surveyor
2. Utilising a thorough understanding of HHSRS knowledge to complete the surveys and reporting any health and safety hazards found on the premises
3. Undertaking surveys on an electronic handheld device in a timely manner following prior training
4. Liaising with and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out
5. Working in accordance with changing legislation, as well as health & safety policies and procedures
Experience required:
6. HHSRS
7. First Touch (System)
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
8. Up to date understanding of health & safety policies and procedures
9. Conducted stock condition/validation surveys previously
