Firstly, you’ll develop an understanding of how Capgemini works with its clients to deliver positive outcomes that solve their challenges. As you develop, you’ll build a broad base of knowledge across a range of areas including sales, technology, delivery, commercial, and finance to support your growth. At an appropriate point in your move into a full account management role, taking on responsibility for your own client contacts (as part of a wider account team or for your own account) and you will be expected to carry a sales target which you will be measured against. At an appropriate point in your development, having absorbed the various aspects of the business you will move into a full account management role, taking on responsibility for your own client contacts as part of a wider account team or for your own account and you will be expected to carry a sales target which you will be measured against - You will be involved in a variety of activities with the focus on winning new business. Identify, develop, qualify, and close sales opportunities. Build and manage relationships with clients, internal teams, suppliers, and partners. Lead on contractual, delivery, and commercial matters for your clients. Manage CRM pipelines and prepare key month-end reports. Create account plans, including market and competitor analysis. Review, analyse, and respond to tenders, working closely with delivery teams to shape solutions. Your skills and experience Education: Bachelor’s degree. Work Experience: Placement year or 6+ months in a similar business environment. Communication: Strong verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills. Relationship Building: Eager to connect with clients and colleagues. Self-Management: Confidence in setting and managing goals and workload. Technology Awareness: Understanding of how technology drives business transformation and a desire to expand knowledge. Industry Insight: Awareness of market trends, competition, and sector challenges. Resilience: Ability to thrive under pressure. Collaboration: Works well both independently and in teams.
