Forrest Recruitment LTD are currently working in partnership with a well-established construction company who are seeking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team.
Reporting into the Head of Finance, the role responsibilities include:
1. Volume invoicing
2. Inputting invoices into the Xero system
3. Completing bank reconciliation and processing credit card expenses
4. End-of-month tasks including reconciling, invoicing, and close task.
5. Accounts payable processing
Experience required:
6. Must have experience in the construction industry
7. Proven experience in a similar purchase ledger role
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Strong Microsoft Excel skills
10. AAT Qualification – desirable
