Role
Supporting the Honda European Motorcycles marketing team, this role will assist in producing and editing video and rich media content for our newly launched TikTok channel. The role will help at all stages of the production process – planning, capturing, editing and distribution of the content on the channel.
You will be responsible for community management, responding and engaging with other accounts and customer comments, and providing line‑management consistent reports and insights that demonstrate content performance and learnings that can be used to alter approaches and ideas for content creation.
This role will also involve supporting brand and product marketing teams through administration duties such as purchase orders, invoicing, privacy impact assessments, and working with the digital and website team to research and create focused campaign pages to drive interest to Motorcycles.
Main Responsibilities
* Supporting the team in planning and filming TikTok content.
* Editing video content to produce TikTok videos and scheduling for release.
* Generating content ideas and reacting to trends on the TikTok platform.
* Monitoring and evaluating the TikTok channel, generating consistent reports.
* Community management of the channel – both public and private messages.
* Supporting the digital team with planning new page rollout, ideation, creation and testing.
* Creating presentations, updates and reporting of work carried out via PowerPoint.
* Attending agency‑facing meetings to review and propose content ideas.
* Team administration and meeting coordination.
* Writing Statements of Work, privacy impact assessments and raising purchase orders.
Qualifications, skills and experience
* Undergraduate completing a placement as part of studies, with an interest and demonstration of video editing skills essential. Experience with Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar video editing software.
* Knowledge of the TikTok platform, with experience as a user and/or working with a company to release content and manage an audience.
* Openness to flexible working, as the role may require weekend work and potential European travel for filming and production.
* Well‑organised and able to manage multiple diverse tasks at once in a busy role.
* Excellent people skills with strong communication, action‑oriented and proactive in pushing new ideas and approaches.
* Enthusiasm for the brand and the value it can bring to various audiences.
* Willingness to travel with opportunities across the UK and Europe.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Experience and understanding of filming social content (via phone/camera etc).
* Passion for motorcycles.
* Proficient in all Microsoft programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
