Job Outline
Working as part of the Norwich showroom team, you will be responsible for actively approaching clients, assisting them, identifying requirements, and suggesting appropriate solutions from our product range to meet their needs and aspirations.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
* Greeting clients upon entry to the showroom.
* Recommending suitable product ranges based on client specifications (dimensions, budget).
* Providing detailed and accurate quotations within agreed timeframes.
* Handling payments directly from clients, including credit/debit card payments, and ensuring receipts are provided.
* Answering telephone queries and dealing with client inquiries.
* Following the agreed sales process.
Personal Attributes
* Excellent people skills.
* Smart personal appearance.
* Clear and positive communicator with good negotiation and influencing skills.
* Relevant experience with face-to-face customer sales in a similar environment or possessing the traits to fulfill this role.
Education and Qualifications
