Working Location: Hampshire (5 days on site)

This position sits within a site-based engineering team, supporting plant performance, process design, and project delivery across an operational gas facility.

Key Responsibilities
* Support process design and FEED / detailed design activities
* Work on plant modifications and small projects
* Troubleshoot plant issues and support root cause analysis (RCA)
* Support compression, storage, and energy systems
* Monitor plant performance and identify improvements
* Support commissioning and shutdown activities
Requirements
* Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
* Approximately 2-4 years of experience in the energy, gas, or process industry
* Exposure to process design, FEED, or plant modifications
* Experience supporting operations or process improvements
* Strong problem‑solving skills and a practical mindset
* Comfortable working on‑site in an operational environment
* Full UK right to work (no visa sponsorship)
