Warehouse Team Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Coaching the team to reach their full potential.
* Communicating openly and consistently, delivering key messages to the team at the right time.
* Managing recruitment, absence, performance, conduct, safety and service.
* Allocating work considering individual/team capability and legal driving hours to achieve targets.
* Carrying out good quality investigations.
* Promoting and managing all safety.
* Ensuring all goods are picked, numbered and stocked safely and efficiently through managing the team.
* Taking charge of looking after company equipment, ensuring it is maintained and organised to reach maximum productivity levels.
* Role‑modeling our values, especially during challenging times.
* Leading the team with a focus on safety and delivering the best service.
Qualifications
Experience with warehouse legislation, health & safety and audits. A proven ability to build relationships at all levels. Motivated to meet and exceed KPIs. A passion for working in fast‑paced environments. Great communication skills and the ability to drive and motivate a team to work together and achieve their goals.
