Job Title: Senior Data Officer
Location: Ilford
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, hybrid
Salary: £22.60/h
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Data Officer to join the Homes for Ukraine Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, updating spreadsheets and databases, conducting DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks, processing payments, updating Power BI dashboards and ad hoc duties as required. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting Project Lead
* Responsible for supporting the programme management activities within Children’s Services and co-ordinating with Project Lead and other officers from various levels and ensure that all aspects are addressed and have considered the impact of the changes on delivering of services, staff and other internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure that the programme moves at a pace, escalating any issues, risks or concerns to Project Lead which achieving the set outcomes.
* Manage data and IT systems and processes relating to Families Together Hub.
* Collate and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data in support of the programme, liaising with teams across the Council, partner agencies and the UK government.
* Monitor and report on performance, using local and national data, benchmarking against various stakeholders
* Organise workshops, drop-in sessions, draft managers briefings, deal with service user and staff questions and queries, conduct surveys and report progress to managers.
