What you’ll be doing
* Admin work
o Managing emails and calendars
o Organising meetings and documents
o Data entry and filing
* Customer service
o Answering calls or queries
o Helping clients or internal teams
* Using business systems
o Working with software like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, or databases
o Updating records and reports
* Team support
o Assisting different departments (HR, finance, operations)
Who we’re looking for
For our Level 3 Apprenticeship, you’ll need 5 GCSEs or equivalent at passing grades. This programme offers a mix of practical experience and theoretical learning, with a focus on more technical or specialized roles to help you build expertise.
