Senior Sub Agent – Highways
Salary: £38000 - 48000
Location: Yorkshire
Regions: North of England, North West
You will require knowledge in the management of staff on a major roads/highways project for a tier one/principal contractor.
Your duties will include:
* Assisting the Agent when and where required
* Managing and tasking of Site Engineers
* Conveying planned works and ensuring the completion thereof
* Enforcing method statements and managing the risk
* Monitoring the budget and compiling cost reports
* Ensuring Health and Safety as well as QA
* Flagging and resolving technical issues
* Management of Site Engineering staff and subcontractors
* Building continuous relationships with the client and Consulting teams
Requirements:
* A Civil Engineering qualification
* Extensive previous highways/ major roads construction projects
* Experience on large projects for tier one/principal contractors
* Sound management skills
* CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
