Salary: GBP130 - GBP180 per day (Depending on Experience)

Are you a passionate KS1 Teacher seeking a new challenge in a supportive school environment?
GSL Education are currently looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to work in primary schools in the Gainsborough area.
As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching pupils in Years 1 and/or 2, delivering a broad and balanced curriculum while meeting national learning objectives. You will work closely with teaching assistants and senior leaders to support children s individual learning journeys. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ECT eager to contribute to pupils academic and personal development.
Responsibilities of KS1 Teacher:
* Deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the KS1 national curriculum
* Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
* Track and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and setting targets
* Foster pupils independence, confidence, and love for learning
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
* Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers to support children s needs
Key Stage 1 Teacher Qualification:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in a Key Stage 1 setting
* Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and phonics schemes
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
