Overview
Proactive Personnel Ltd is recruiting for an experienced AWD Web developer for a client based in Ilkeston. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 2 days in the office.
The role supports a cloud-based solution that will enhance business processes such as nurturing, sales pipeline recording, order management, and billing.
Key responsibilities
* Write and maintain robust, clean, and efficient code.
* Manage AWS environments – setup, monitoring, and optimisation.
* Ensure cloud infrastructure security and compliance with industry standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve AWS services and infrastructure issues.
* Stay current with new AWS services and features; recommend improvements to existing architecture.
* Manage technical communication with external partners.
* Ensure standards-compliant web development for accessibility and future compatibility.
* Provide input on functional requirements and participate in code-review sessions.
* Identify and diagnose areas of maintenance and process improvement.

Compensation
£40,000 – £50,000, depending on experience. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate. Achieving the higher end requires demonstrated competency across the majority of the specification.
