Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded Orthodontics Clinical Advisor to accelerate the growth of our ClearCorrect business in the UK. This role blends clinical expertise with commercial impact, ensuring our providers are confident in treatment delivery and supported to expand their practice, improve patient outcomes, and increase case volumes. You will work with sales, marketing, and training teams to activate ClearCorrect users, drive utilization, and build long-term partnerships with providers and KOLs.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Customer Success & Business Growth
* Partner with ClearCorrect providers to maximize their confidence, treatment outcomes, and business performance.
* Deliver impactful clinical training (online, in-clinic, and at events) that increases adoption and case submission rates.
* Support commercial teams in onboarding new providers, activating dormant accounts, and driving utilization growth.
* Translate clinical protocols into commercially relevant guidance, helping providers integrate ClearCorrect effectively into their practice workflows.
* Support rollout of Treatment Planning Solutions (TPS) to streamline case planning and enhance provider efficiency.
Strengthen Market Presence
* Collaborate with sales and marketing to position ClearCorrect as the partner of choice in orthodontics.
* Identify and develop KOLs and speakers to amplify ClearCorrect’s reputation in the market.
* Represent Straumann at education events, delivering high-quality presentations and clinical-commercial insights.
* Provide structured feedback from providers to regional and BU teams, influencing product development and go-to-market strategies.
Enable Sales Excellence
* Train ortho sales and service teams on clinical protocols and commercial messaging, enabling them to better support providers in case selection, planning, and troubleshooting.
* Join key customer visits with sales teams to deliver clinical credibility and strengthen business partnerships.
* Participate in regional R&D and UAT projects, ensuring customer and market needs are reflected in future innovations.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
* Dentistry graduate; orthodontic knowledge strongly preferred.
* At least 5 years’ experience, including 2+ in clinical practice.
* Clear aligner therapy experience (essential).
* Experience training dentists/orthodontists and influencing adoption.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to link clinical support with business growth.
* Fluent in English plus one additional language (Spanish, Italian, or French preferred).
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
