The Commercial Transformation Team – Sales/Commerce Practice:
We are looking for someone to join the Commercial Transformation Team within the Sales / Commerce Practice to support clients in the Life Sciences Industry (e.g. Pharmaceutical, Med Tech & Specialist Consumer Health) drive their business transformation. Our team supports clients across a wider range of industries transform their businesses across all the capability levers (People, Process, Data, Technology, Organisation), in areas including go-to-market, sales & revenue management. As a Life Sciences Sales & Commerce Transformation Consultant, you will be:
You will be part of a high performing team tasked with supporting the commercial transformation of Sales & Commerce function. The role will include the following areas where you should have demonstrable experience:
1. Assessing current organisation commercial capabilities including go-to-market, sales & revenue management across the capability levers (People, Process, Data, Technology, Organisation)
2. Shaping and delivering commercial transformation recommendations, designs, and practical implementation roadmaps
3. Overview and knowledge of the technologies and platforms used within Life Sciences (e.g. Veeva or SFDC LS Cloud) and their application with end users
4. A deep understanding of the key commercial processes, roles and operating model of Life Sciences companies
5. Ability to bring to life the transformation to life for people including development of change, training and communication content
6. Arranging and planning workshops
7. Support on client pitches & proposals
8. Experience working with variety of stakeholder
You will bring:
9. 3/4+ year of experience working in the Life Sciences Industry, (or consulting companies that specialize in Life Sciences)
10. Experienced in life sciences Sales, Key Account Management, Access or Medical including both HCP and patient
11. Strong analytical skills
12. Expert in businesses processes and technology widely used in Life Sciences
13. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
14. Ability to tell a simple story visually and verbally behind a strong strategic point of view
15. A drive to elevate thinking and the work
16. A curious mentality
