The Role
We're seeking a motivated, hands-on
E-Commerce & Marketing Assistant
to join our team part-time. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, one day you might be helping pack online orders, the next you could be creating social media content or sending out a newsletter.
You'll play a key part in keeping our online shop running smoothly and ensuring our customers have a great experience from order to delivery
as well as helping out with any PR, sales and event days.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify & Online Store Management
* Update product listings, pricing, and stock levels
* Monitor online orders and troubleshoot any customer issues
Order Fulfillment & Packing
* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
* Liaise with couriers / postal services to ensure smooth delivery
Customer Communications
* Respond to customer queries via email/social
* Provide excellent service and problem-solving
Digital Marketing & Content
* Assist in creating and scheduling posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
* Draft and send customer newsletters (e.g., new launches, offers, events)
* Help plan and run paid advertising campaigns
General Support
* Provide admin support for marketing and sales activities
* Bring new ideas to grow the brand online and offline
What We're Looking For
* Experience with
Shopify
(or similar e-commerce platforms) preferred
* Basic knowledge of
social media platforms
and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp/Klaviyo)
* Good attention to detail and ability to multi-task
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal
* A creative, proactive, and positive mindset
* Interest in health, wellness, or food & drink brands a bonus
