The Role
As our next Head of Product, you’ll lead our product vision and strategy. You'll manage a talented team of product managers and designers, ensuring our unrivalled solutions deliver exceptional experiences to clients, empowers operational excellence, and help scale our growth at pace.
The role involves managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring all product initiatives align with the company’s business objectives to win future client acquisition and secures clients retention. You’ll report directly to our COO and work alongside our CTO, Head of Revenue, and enterprise clients to deliver the high-quality products and features on our ambitious company roadmap.
What you’ll be doing:
Own and evolve our product strategy across a fast-scaling SaaS platform
Deliver measurable impact through user feedback, and performance data
Drive innovation and roadmap to deliver high-impact features
Collaborate across departments to turn insights into action
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product & design team
Build strong client relationships with global operators
What we’re looking for:
5+ years in product management with recent leadership experience
Strong track record in B2B SaaS and product delivery
Ability to quickly get to grips with the target market and industry trends
Strategic thinker with hands-on agile execution
Exceptional communicator and client relationship builder
Passion for health, sport, or social impact a big bonus
Central London office with onsite barista
