We are seeking a highly organised, commercially driven New Business & Events Team Manager to lead two critical functions: New Business acquisition and the Events Team, who drive in-salon activation and existing account growth. This role sits at the heart of our growth strategy, ensuring both new revenue generation and best-in-class event execution for our four pioneering skincare brands. You will be responsible for driving performance, accelerating market penetration, and ensuring field teams are fully equipped, trained, and motivated to deliver ambitious targets across the UK and Ireland. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and performance-manage the New Business Consultant Team to exceed KPIs including new account openings, revenue targets, conversion rates, and brand adoption. Lead, develop, and motivate the Events Team to deliver exceptional in-salon activations that drive retail revenue, client bookings, and repeat event uptake. Own the full new business pipeline—prospecting, qualification, forecasting, and conversion - ensuring strong CRM usage and data accuracy. Provide ongoing coaching, field shadowing, and performance development. Oversee event scheduling, territory planning, and resource allocation to maximise coverage and commercial return. Work closely with the Head of Field Sales (North & South) to elevate event delivery, support ongoing team capability, and shape the long-term event strategy. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in field sales management, business development, or event team leadership, ideally in a target-driven environment. Experience within the health, wellness, skincare, or beauty sectors. Strong track record of exceeding sales targets, generating new business, and driving commercial growth. Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate dispersed, field-based teams to high performance. Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, digital reporting tools, and virtual communication platforms. Strong presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint).
